Bremelanotide (MC4 Agonist)
PT-141 (bremelanotide) is structurally identical to Melanotan II except that its C-terminal amide is replaced by a free carboxylic acid — it is an active metabolite of that compound. It is used in laboratory research on MC4-receptor signaling and sexual response.
